由中擘卫星科技(贵州)有限公司建设的武警贵阳支队执勤一大队四中队营区风光互补智能灯杆建设项目位于贵阳市武警支队,该项目共建设了10风光互补智能路灯杆,其中双臂龙头灯8根,双直臂高低光源灯2根。

Scenery complementary road-lighting is a new energy utilization that could not only reduce the dependence on conventional electricity for urban lighting, but also provide new solutions for rural lighting.

基础工程指标:Basic engineering indicators:

1、基础图

2、基础浇筑要求

路灯基础的浇注,浇制混凝土时应防止碰撞,并对地脚螺栓采取固措施。现浇基础的模板内表面应平整,接缝严密并保证基础的尺寸和浇制质量,严禁以土代模。

其它要求 :

水泥一425#普通硅酸盐水泥。

碎石一石子应无泥石,风化石,片状石含量少于5%

黄砂一中粗。不得使用江、海沙;不得掺用中、细沙;泥含量≤3%

水泥、钢材必须是正规厂家产品并附有出厂合格证,并在混凝土浇制前交甲方质检人员送检合格后方可使用。

混凝土的浇筑混凝土浇筑主要采用人工推小车浇筑,插入式振捣棒振捣。

(1)浇筑混凝土的过程中有专人对钢筋、模板、支撑系统进行检查,一旦移位、变形或者松动要马上修复。

(2)浇筑时采用标尺控制分层厚度,分层下料、分层振捣,每层混凝土浇筑厚度严格控制在50cm以内,振捣时注意快插慢拔,并使振捣棒在振捣过程中上下略有抽动,上下混凝土振动均匀,使混凝土中的气泡充分上浮消散。

(3)振捣棒移动间距为40cm,为保证混凝土密实,混凝土振捣时间控制在50秒,上层混凝土表面应以出现翻浆、不再有显著下沉、不再有大量气泡上冒为准。上层混凝土振捣要在下层混凝土初凝之前进行,并要求振捣棒插入下层混凝土5一10cm.

(4)混凝土第一次浇筑后,再隔 20分钟进行第二次复振。

(5)振捣完毕后用刮杠刮平,再用木抹子压平、压实,不允许用振捣棒铺摊混凝土。

2. Other requirements:

Cement - 425# ordinary Portland cement

Gravel - Stone should be free of rust, wind fossils, flake stone content less than 5%

Yellow sand - medium coarse sand shall not be mixed with river sand and sea sand; mud content less than or equal to 3%

Cement, steel must be regular manufacturers’ products with factory certificate, and before the concrete pouring before the quality inspection personnel submitted to the first party before the use.

The concrete pouring mainly uses the manual push trolley to pour, and to use the type vibrates rod to vibrate.

(1)In the process of pouring concrete, there are special personnel to check the steel bar, template, support system. Once the displacement, deformation or loosening, it should be repaired immediately.

(2)When pouring, the scale bar is used to control the delamination thickness, the delamination blanking and the delamination vibration. Each layer of concrete pouring thickness is strictly controlled less than 50 cm. It should pay attention to the quick ion and slow drawing when vibrating, and to make the vibrating rod in the process of vibration, up and down slightly twitch. The upper and lower concrete should vibrate evenly that the bubbles in the concrete fully float and dissipate.

(3)The moving distance of the vibrating rod is 40 cm. In order to ensure the compactness of the concrete, the vibrating time of the concrete is controlled at 50 seconds, the surface of the upper concrete should be turned over, no more significant sinking, and no longer appears a large number of bubbles. Before the initial setting of the lower concrete, the vibrating rod should be ed into the lower concrete for 5-10 cm.

(4)After the first pouring of the clay, the second vibration is carried out at intervals of 20 minutes.

(5)After the vibration is finished, the concrete shall not be spread out with a vibrating rod, and then flattened and compacted with a wooden spatula.

3、基础养护

拆模时间一般定在7天七天左右。拆模板之前对混凝土充分洒水进行养护,待拆模后,在混凝土表面再洒一道水,然后用彩条布覆盖,边角接茬部位要严密并压实, 养护时间不少于7天。

3.Foundation maintenance

Mould removal time is generally set at about seven days. Fully sprinkle the concrete before removing the mould. After removing the mould, sprinkle a water on the concrete surface, then cover it with coloured strips, and the stubble part of the corner should be tight and compacted. The curing time is not less than seven days.

4、灯杆线缆灯具及风机安装应符合下列要求

1) 电缆型号应符合设计要求,排列整齐,无机械损伤,标志牌齐全、 正确、清晰;

2) 电缆的固定、间距、弯曲半径应符合规定;

3) 电缆接头良好,绝缘应符合规定;

4) 保护管的连接、防腐应符合规定;

5)风机,太阳能板以及灯具的安装过程中注意防撞,轻拿轻放。

4. The installation of lamp pole cable lamp and fans shall meet the following requirements

(1)The cable type shall conform to the design requirements, arranged neatly, no mechanical damage, and the signs shall be complete, correct and clear.

(2) The fixing, spacing and bending radius of the cable shall be in accordance with the regulations.

(3) The cable joints should be a good connection, and the insulation shall conform to the regulations.

(4) The connection and anticorrosion of the protective pipe shall conform to the regulations.

(5) The installation of fans, solar panels and lamps should be anti-collision, light hold light release.

5、路灯杆安装规定

1) 同一街道、公路、广场、桥梁的路灯安装高度(从光源到地面) 、仰角、装灯方向宜保持一致。

2) 基础坑开挖尺寸应符合设计规定,基础混凝土强度等级不应低于C20,基础内电缆护管从基础中心穿础并应超出基础平面 30~50mm。 浇制钢筋混凝土基础前必须排除坑内积水。

3) 灯具安装纵向中心线和灯臂纵向中心线应一致,灯具横向水平线应与地面平行,紧固后目测应无歪斜。

4) 灯头固定牢靠,可调灯头应按设计调整至正确位置,灯头接线应符合(5)规定。

5) 在灯臂、灯盘、灯杆内穿线不得有接头,穿线孔口或管口应光滑、无毛刺,并应采用绝缘套管或包扎,包扎长度不得小于 200mm。

6) 路灯安装使用的灯杆、灯臂、抱箍、螺栓、压板等金属构件应进行热镀锌处理,防腐质量应符合现行国家标准《金属覆盖及其他有关覆盖层维氏和努氏显微硬度试验》 (GB/T9700)、《热喷涂金属件表面预处理通则》(GB/T11373)、现行行业标准 《钢铁热浸铝工艺及质量检验》(ZBJ36011)的有关规定。

7) 各种螺母紧固,宜加垫片和弹簧垫。紧固后螺出螺母不得少于两个螺距。

5. Installation regulations of streetlamp pole

(1) The installation height ( light source to ground) of streetlamps should as same as the direction of elevation angle and installation among the same street, highway, square and bridge.

(2) The excavation dimension of the delve foundation shall conform to the design requirements, and the concrete strength grade of foundation shall not be lower than C20. The cable guard pipe shall be above base level 30-50 mm through the foundation centre. Water in the pit must be removed before pouring reinforced concrete foundation.

(3) The longitudinal centre line of the lamp installation and the longitudinal centre line of the lamp arm shall be consistent, the horizontal line of the lamp shall be parallel to the ground, and the visual inspection of the lamp shall be free of skew after fastening.

(4) The lamp head shall be fixed firmly, the light of the adjustable lamp shall be adjusted to the correct position according to the design, and the wiring of the lamp head shall conform to (5) regulation.

(5) It should be no joint in the thread of the lamp arm, lamp tray or lamp pole. The orifice or orifice of the thread shall be smooth and free of burrs, and the insulated casing or bandage shall be used, and the length of the bandage shall not be less than 200 mm.

(6) The streetlamps installation includes lamp poles, lamp arms, hoops, bolts, pressure plates and other metal components shall be hot-dip galvanized treatment. The anticorrosion quality shall be in accordance with the current national standards "Metallic and related coating – Vickers and Knoop microhardness test "(GB/T9700), “The general principle of surface preparation of metallic substrate for thermal spraying”(GB/T11373), and the current industry standard “Technology and quality inspection for hot-dipped aluminium coatings on iron or steel”(ZBJ36011).

(7) All kinds of nuts should be fastened with gaskets and spring pads. When nut screw out, it shall not be less than two pitch after fastening.






  节能措施及效果

节能措施:两向旋转风光互补发电双臂龙灯的发电系统主要由风机和光伏组成。该系统是利用光伏板、风力发电机将发出的电能存储到蓄电池组中,当夜间路灯需要照明用电时,蓄电池组中储存的电能通过输电线路送到我们的负载。该路灯系统采用了两向旋转风力发电机和多晶硅光伏板两种发电设备共同发电,为负载提供更为稳定可靠的电源。

Energy-saving measure: The generation system of the two-way rotating scenery complementary double-arm dragon shape streetlamp is mainly composed of fan and photovoltaic. The system uses photovoltaic panels, and wind turbines store the electrical energy that emits into batteries. When the night streetlamp needs lighting to use electricity, the electricity stored in the battery group that is sent to our load through the transmission line. Compared with the traditional streetlamps, the scenery complementary streetlamps take the natural renewable solar and wind energy as the energy source, which do not consume any non-renewable energy, do not emit the polluting gas to the atmosphere, and causes the pollution emission to reduce to zero. The protection of the environment is self-evident, and it eliminates the cost of a large amount of electricity expenditure later at the same time.



  照明设计创新点

创新点:

1、盘式无铁芯、无定子、磁悬浮垂直轴两向旋转风力发电机。

启动力矩低,启动风速只需1.5m/s,比单向旋转风力发电机更早进入发电状态,输出功率可提高近一倍。风力材质采用玻璃钢材质。

3、太阳能板

(1)太阳能电池板36V,高效多晶硅太阳电池,弱光发电,电池转化效率高。

(2)太阳能电池板采用92%以上高透光低铁钢化玻璃、抗蚀铝合金边框等材料。

(3)太阳能电池光电转换效率17.8%—18.2%,首年衰减率<2%。
