晶元光电(晶电)宣布就LED灯丝相关专利与开发晶照明(厦门)有限公司(开发晶)达成协议，授权开发晶及旗下的子公司使用晶电的创新专利于多项LED灯丝灯产品中。晶电拥有LED灯丝及灯丝灯技术相关之关键专利组合，该专利组合除了LED灯丝结构以外并涵盖搭载LED灯丝之照明产品。此外，晶电所拥有的相关专利组合遍及台湾、中国大陆、美国、欧洲以及其他区域。

　　EPISTAR AND KAISTAR CONCLUDE LED FILAMENT PATENTS LICENSE

　　EPISTAR announced it has reached agreement with KAISTAR lighting (Xiamen) Co., Ltd.(Kaistar) and the LED filament bulb products of Kaistar and its subsidiaries are licensed under Epistar’s filament patents. Epistar holds key intellectual property regarding the LED filament technology used in making LED filament bulbs. The LED filament patents relate to, among other things, LED filament structure(s), and light-emitting product(s) using LED filament(s). This patent portfolio covers Taiwan, China, United States, Europe and other territories.
